Vibrant Grazing Table Lunch With Hilti

Recently, Splatter had the pleasure of serving the good folks at Hilti's Lunch & Learn session in Kuala Lumpur. A simple yet vibrant setup was requested, which inspired us to go for this platter-style layout framed by fresh, blooming flowers.

Probably the most eye-catching grazing platter is the Jumbo Fresh Fruit Platter which came with a colourful assortment of premium cut fruits and the prettiest fruit bowls. We also made sure to include the TikTok-viral donut peaches as stone fruits are currently in season- which means sweeter, juicier fruits!

On another round wooden platter is our bestselling Jumbo Kuih Platter which combines traditional steamed kuih-muih with modern desserts. We love how the aroma of freshly-steamed kuih putri ayu, kuih ketayap, kuih seri muka, kuih lapis, pulut inti, and onde-onde perfume the space. It's certified halal too!

Next to the medley of Nyonya kuih is decadent fudgy chocolate brownies, assorted premium dates, and an entire bar of Swiss sea salt dark chocolate. There sure is something for everyone on this delectable grazing table! 

For a balance of texture and flavours, salted mini pretzels are served in an air-tight jar alongside the dazzling colours of Hershey's Kisses chocolate candies.  Lastly, a handful of sweet potato puffs let guests explore an unconventional version of curry puffs.

It's always a hit at our many grazing tables. To quench thirsts in Malaysia's current heat wave, jars of refreshing iced tea and fruit-infused water were prepared for the enjoyment of guests. Seeing guests thoroughly enjoy the casual grazing session and mingle over these gourmet bites brought us so much pleasure.
