How do I place an order?

To purchase our party platters, please shop via Platters and check out with your contact details and delivery information. Your order will be confirmed as soon as we receive the full payment from you via online banking or cash deposit to our bank account within 24 hours upon checkout. 

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes we deliver within central Klang Valley at a flat rate of RM20. Most areas like Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Sunway, Subang Jaya, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Bukit Jalil, Ampang, Melawati, Cheras, and many more are covered. Kindly insert your postcode at the checkout page to check if your address is covered. 

Additional charges applies for areas outside the flat rate coverage. This include districts like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang, Kajang, Bangi, Hulu Langat, and Semenyih.  Let us know where via whatsapp here and we'll make the arrangements for you.  

Can I opt to pickup the platters on my own?

Most certainly! For self-pickup, kindly collect your order at the address below at the date and time selected during checkout:

What are your business hours?

We operate from Tuesday to Sunday; closed on Mondays. 

Delivery or self-pickup times are from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Please be informed that delivery or self-pickup outside of business hours is subject to a 20% surcharge of the total bill. Kindly reach out via email here or whatsapp directly here for further arrangements.

Are you halal-certified?

Though we are not certified halal, our menu is pork-free and alcohol-free. Halal-certified and/or Muslim-owned suppliers are given priority. Whenever possible, we choose to work with small independent artisans to support our local community.

Can you customise the party platters based on dietary requirements and allergies? 

You may send us an email via Contact or whatsapp directly here with your preferences and we will accommodate as best as we can within our capacity. However, for those with critical allergy concerns, please be informed that our menu is not prepared in an allergen-free environment, hence there may be a risk of cross-contamination.

Our team has also met all necessary immunisation requirements for food operators as mandated by the government.

How long does the food keep after I receive it?

All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated or within 2 hours of delivery if refrigerated, after which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. 

How do I cancel / change my order?

All payments made are strictly non-refundable. 

Please contact us if you'd like to cancel or change your order. We can accommodate changes to delivery with an advanced notice given at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date and/or time. 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes if it within our coverage area. Kindly reply to your order confirmation email with the new delivery address at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of delivery.

How soon in advance can I place an order?

You may place your order 60 days in advance from the delivery or collection date.
