How do I place an order?

To purchase Splatter's grazing platters, shop online here and check out with your contact details and delivery information. Your order will be instantly confirmed upon payment. You can opt to pay via credit card, e-wallet or online transfer. 

Are there any discounts for first-time customers?

Yes! Enjoy RM10 off when you register an account to shop online. The exclusive promotion code will be sent to your e-mail upon successful registration. Don't forget to check your e-mail inbox to enjoy this promotion for new customers!

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes we deliver daily within Klang Valley with rates calculated by zones.

Can I opt to pick up the platters on my own?

Most certainly! For self-pickup, kindly collect your order here at the date and time selected during checkout: DG-18, Oasis Corporate Park, Jalan PJU 1A/2, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya

Can I arrange for third-party delivery service to pick it up for me? 

Yes! We recommend opting for a car as it is more stable during transportation, especially for delicate orders like the Watermelon Cake. Cars also have better temperature control and offer better protection for long distances.

Motorcycles can certainly work too for grazing platters. However, the rider MUST have large insulated bags like the ones often used by food delivery riders. For reference, our bestselling Signature Fruit Platter for 6-8 pax are 38cm in length. 

Do you provide same-day deliveries? 

Not at the moment. For now, we require all orders to be confirmed at least two (2) days before your chosen delivery date. We do not keep much in stock to ensure only the freshest produce are procured and served to you. Occasionally we do have an extra platter or two available for same-day deliveries, this will be announced on Splatter's Instagram. Alternatively, just ask us on Whatsapp here 😉

What are your business hours?

We deliver grazing platters daily. 

Delivery or self-pickup times are from 11:00am to 8:00pm.

Please be informed that delivery or self-pickup outside of business hours is subject to a 20% surcharge of the total bill. Kindly reach out via email here or Whatsapp directly here for further arrangements.

Are you halal-certified?

Though not certified halal, our entire menu is pork-free and alcohol-free. We also ensure ingredients used are pork-free and alcohol-free. 

Can you customise the party platters based on dietary requirements and allergies? 

You may send us an email via Contact or Whatsapp directly here with your preferences and we will accommodate you as best as we can within our capacity. However, for those with critical allergy concerns, please be informed that our menu is not prepared in an allergen-free environment, hence there may be a risk of cross-contamination.

Our team has also met all necessary immunisation requirements for food operators as mandated by the government.

How long does the food keep after I receive it?

All grazing platters should be consumed immediately when you receive it or within 2 hours of delivery if kept refrigerated, after which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. 

How do I cancel / change my order?

All payments made are strictly non-refundable. 

Please contact us if you'd like to cancel or change your order. We can accommodate changes to delivery with an advanced notice given at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date and/or time. 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes if it is within our coverage area. Kindly reply to your order confirmation email with the new delivery address at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of delivery.

How early in advance can I place an order?

You may place your order 60 days in advance.
