What is a basque burnt cheesecake? 

Originating from a humble restaurant in the Basque region of Spain, this unusual cheesecake has captured the appetites of foodies across the world over the last few years. Its deep brown, blackened top and rough corners give way to the most delicious creamy centre unlike any other cheesecakes. 

TASTE describes its distinctive burnt flavour, "That darkened top adds a mysterious, but highly enjoyable, flavor akin to salted caramel or browned butter, with an added complexity and alluring tang from the milk solids in the cheese, which caramelize at high temperatures."

In this version of ours, we packed the irresistibly rich, creamy decadence with the juiciest fresh fruits to add a refreshing burst of flavour. It's all about balance! Choose from a selection of
