Notice: Price Increment

To meet popular demand, Splatter will soon offer online payment options that include debit/credit card, online banking & e-wallets! We trust this will be of great convenience especially for customers abroad who have been requesting for online payment methods, as well as those keen to collect points from e-wallet apps like GrabPay.

Regrettably, this convenience comes packaged with significant service charges that were not initially factored into our costs, as have other economic factors. When Splatter started in 2019, we were also serving grazing tables, food catering and gift boxes for corporate as well as private events. Platters for home deliveries weren't the norm then, thus margins were kept very low in hopes of normalising this exciting grazing concept

Then the pandemic hit. Events were cancelled.
Ingredient prices went up. Operational costs increased.

We've been trying our best to absorb what we can but as you already know, our prices are relatively low for the artisanal quality and incredible value we serve. Replacing the menu with cheaper substitutes of lower quality is not an option for us. We take great pride in the fine ingredients we have carefully curated and stand by it.

Which is why it is with a heavy heart that we made a decision to increase prices of selected products - to ensure we maintain the quality standards you love us for, while continuing to upgrade products and services for a better experience.
Besides the addition of online payments, we're also currently looking into add-on features to the online store experience, improving customisability of grazing platters, revamping product packaging, expanding our menu to offer better options for various budgets, and many more exciting projects.
