World Goth Day Grazing Platterš¦
In conjunction with World Goth Day on 22 May, Splatter was inspired to assemble a curated grazing platter inspired by this dark occasion. We love a challenge that pushes our creativity like this. Plus, it's the perfect excuse to explore new ingredients and devour them after! So after sourcing and planning out the right menu, here is the grazing platter in all its dark glory.

What's in the grazing platter, you ask? Plenty! You know we're all for transparency. Here are what we used if you want to recreate this gorgeous cheese, fruit, and charcuterie grazing platter at home:
- Premium seedless black grapes
- Pomegranate
- Peaches
- Apples
- Salak fruit
- Dark plums
- Fudgy chocolate brownies
- Swiss sea salt dark chocolate
- Chocolate-covered Safawi dates
- Premium Safawi dates
- Bleu au brie cheese wheel
- Truffle Manchego cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Aged Gouda cheese
- Gourmet duck prosciutto
- Charcoal crackers
- Pistachio nuts
- Roasted walnuts
- RosemaryĀ
We assembled these against a black backdrop on a wooden acacia board to better bring out theĀ black-tinted ingredients. Needless to say, eating it was just as fun as assembling it. The salak fruit was an unexpectedly fun pairing!
