Since its launch last year, Splatter's medium-sized Family Platters that serves 4-6 pax has been a hit week after week. We know you love choosing your two preferred artisanal cheeses to go with the recommended pairings and Smoked Gouda is one of the bestselling cheeses that many have enjoyed! Regretfully, Smoked Gouda is now out of stock.

The young Gouda wheels will need 2-3 months to mature and about week of smoking with fruit wood for your best enjoyment. In the meantime, we'd like to suggest this rustic Smoked Melaka as an alternative if you're looking for a smokey cheese that best pairs with savoury sides in the Cheese & Meat Platter.
